About Me

Nancy is an internationally recognized leader and educator know for leadership development and developing healthy teams in the midst of growth and change.   A pastor, executive coach, master life coach and teacher passionate about developing and multiplying leaders and teams. Nancy and her husband Jeff serve and teach together all around the world and have traveled to approximately 42 countries.  Jeff and Nancy enjoy time with three children and their grandkids.  She is passionate about serving and doing life with people of all ages and backgrounds.  Her emphasis for many years including her doctoral studies is in leadership multiplication and encouraging all to live a sold out life for God. 

Nancy serves alongside her husband Jeff as the President of the Hidden Value Group focusing on education and humanitarian aid around the world.  Bringing healing, health, hope and restoration to organizations and schools.  Jeff is a board certified mental health professional and they also both speak on mental health issues including beating stress and burnout as part of the spiritual restoration process. 

Hidden Value Group's creation was founded around the concept that everyone has hidden value yet untapped.  We hope to inspire and encourage this hidden value.

Whether it is encouraging & inspirational or educational, Nancy's passion is to influence the influencer to live sold out lives for God. Nancy helps churches, non-profits and groups of all sizes multiple the next generation of leaders. By offering a variety of experiences and knowledge; churches can prepare leaders to lead well, care well, love well and expand their knowledge.

Leadership development includes understanding many aspects of people and mental health in the workplace. Jeff & Nancy equip and train Pastors, Counselors, and Social Workers internationally in how to handle trauma, stress, and burnout.  It is very important to know how to best care for the mental wellness needs of the people in your organization you serve. This requires an understanding of the mental health issues in the workplace, church and schools and how to address, deal & prevent stress, trauma and burn out. Together Jeff & Nancy serve and train teams internationally and locally. 

A coach is one who helps someone go from where they are to a new level of leadership, understanding, experience, knowledge and awareness. Leadership is about helping, serving and raising up people and then releasing them. We are to offer lots of encouragement, guidance and remember to speak out loud the gifts you see in others. Offering a unique perspective and a different set of eyes on someone’s situation in itself can be a huge encouragement.  Nancy is a life-coach and executive coach helping those in churches, non-profits and the workplace.
